Superb Offer for 2024 Year of Dragon (the "Promotion") – Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is offered by Max Online Limited ("Max Online")
2. The promotion period of this Promotion starts from 1st February 2024 and ends on 30th April 2024, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
3. This Promotion is only applicable to clients ("Eligible Client") who meet the following conditions:
   1. New Client ("New Client") refers to the clients who do not currently hold any Max Online individual live trading account within the past six (6) months and successfully open an individual live trading account in Max Online;
4. Eligible Trading Period ("Eligible Trading Period") is defined as:
   1. 3 months from the live account open date for the New Client;
   2. Live Account Open Date is subjected to the records of Max Online’s system only;

5. Eligible Client can obtain multiple rewards at the same time in this Promotion, and each reward can only be obtained once.
6. Eligible Client needs to open live trading account with the promotion code "MOLCNY2024" to obtain the offer.
7. Trading Account ("Trading Account") is defined as live trading account in Max Online, which do not include demo account.
8. The trading requirements of this Promotion count on open position of Gold contract only. Lot Size is referred as 1 standard lot size (100 ounces) of Gold contract,
9. The amount of reward received by clients is subjected to the trading records of Max Online’s system only.
10. All the reward will be credited to the client’s eligible trading account within 5 working days after qualifying the reward requirement. If the account is closed before the date of receiving reward, it is deemed as forfeited absolutely.
11. All HK$ reward will be credited to the client’s registered live trading account in US$ with exchange rate HK$7.85 to US$1.
12. This Promotion is not applicable to IB Agent and Institutional Customers, staff and family members of Max Online. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
13. Max Online has no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late and damaged forms or unavailable network connections, or delayed electronic transmission which may limit an Eligible Client’s ability to participate in this Promotion.
14. Max Online reserves the right to vary or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the offers from time to time without prior notice.
15. In case of any disputes, Max Online reserves the right to make the final decision (including on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions), which will be binding for all parties concerned.

Reward 1 – Welcome Reward ("Reward 1") – Terms and Conditions:

19. New Client who successfully open a live individual trading account in Max Online, deposit more than US$3,000 and open more than 3 lots of Gold contract within a month after the account open date, the New Client can get US$99 reward.

Reward 2 – Trade Reward ("Reward 2") – Terms and Conditions:

20. Eligible Client who open certain lots of Gold position within the Eligible Trading Period could receive the rewards listed below:

21. The trading rewards listed in the above table are calculated accumulatively. When the accumulated open position of gold contract of the eligible client within the eligible trading period reaches any trade reward level in the above table, he or she is qualified to receive rewards of that level and the rewards will be distributed in accordance with Clause 10 of this Terms and Conditions. If the eligible client continues to trade after receiving a certain level of trade rewards and reaches a higher level of trade reward thereafter, the amount of trading rewards that can be claimed at that level will be the remaining after deducting the amount of trade rewards that the eligible client has been received at the previous level.

Reward 3 – Transfer Reward ("Reward 3") – Terms and Conditions:

22. New Client from other brokers who successfully open a live trading account in Max Online, and i) deposit more than US$3,000 and open more than 3 lots of Gold contract within a month from the account open date and ii) the New Client must present valid transaction statement issued within the last 3 months from your individual trading account opened with other brokers, in order to get the US$50 reward.
