Important Notes:
- In the event that we receive your funds during 09:00 - 16:00 HKT, your funds will be credited to your trading account within the same day. Funds received between 16:00 - 24:00, we will endeavour to process the transaction within the same business day. Any funds received after 00:00 - 09:00 will not be credited until the next business day.
- Cash or third party payments are not accepted. We only accept funds originating from a bank account held in your name, and third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator (a 2% service charge will be deducted from the refund of 3rd party deposit). Please be aware that Max Online cannot guarantee the receipt or the return of such funds.
- To ensure that we credit the correct account, we may request a copy of your bank statement or card for verification purposes. If we fail to receive this, we will return the funds to the originator (with applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount).
- Please make sure that all required information is valid and correct. If not, the transaction may be rejected, returned and/or delayed by the bank, with the possibility of charges being imposed. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of rejection, return and/or delay. Any charges imposed by your bank, the intermediary bank or our banks may be deducted from the payment amount.

- Please be aware that we only return funds to their original source to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. If your bank account details change and you would like to use a different bank account for funding your account, please contact our Client Services Team at cs@maxonline.io and notify us that you would like to register a new bank account with us. You will be required to provide bank proof for your new account, as with your initial registration.
- Online Payment Gateways we offer are payment services provided by a third party. This third party company is not a bank nor regulated by any regulators. Using the Online Payment Gateway has its own risks. Max Online Limited does not guarantee that Clients' funds can be successfully transferred to Max Online Limited’s bank account or refunded to your bank account when there is a failure in deposit. Max Online Limited is not responsible for any loss suffered by Clients in using the Online Payment Gateway.
